Once the App launches, you can tap the "Add" button to add a new property, or select whether you want to view/report an existing property or edit an existing property.

After tapping the "Add" button, a new screen will appear allowing you to enter the description of the property.  After saving that data, you will be viewing a summary list of the new property.  Here, you have options to add, change or delete data about the property and its contents:
* Description data can only be edited
* Location data can only be edited
* Identification data can only be edited

* Photos, and their captions, can be added or deleted by tapping the "Edit" button
   - To add or change a photo, tap the image or the photo to be changed.
   - To delete a photo, swipe left on the row of the photo to be deleted, then tap "Delete"
   - Tap the caption field to edit the caption for the photo

* Content data can be added, changed or deleted
   - To add a new content item, tap the "Add" button
   - To change an existing content item, tap the row of the item to be changed
   - To delete an existing content item, swipe left on the row of the content item to be deleted, then tap "Delete"

* Insurance data can be added, changed or deleted
   - To add a new insurance item, tap the "Add" button
   - To change an existing insurance item, tap the row of the item to be changed
   - To delete an existing insurance item, swipe left on the row of the insurance item to be deleted, then tap "Delete"

* Warranty data can be added, changed or deleted
   - To add a new warranty item, tap the "Add" button
   - To change an existing warranty item, tap the row of the item to be changed
   - To delete an existing warranty item, swipe left on the row of the warranty item to be deleted, then tap "Delete"

* Maintence data can be added, changed or deleted
   - To add a new maintenance item, tap the "Add" button
   - To change an existing maintenance item, tap the row of the item to be changed
   - To delete an existing maintenance item, swipe left on the row of the maintenance item to be deleted, then tap "Delete"

If you select "Report", tap the property item that you want to view/report.  You will be viewing the summary of list of the existing property:
* Content amounts are broken out by whether you purchased, leased or rented the items
* Maintenance is the total amount of maintenance
* Tap the "Export" icon to print or email this summary data

Tap one of the report options to view a list of those items.  Some lists may be wider than the screen display.  In this case, simply swipe left or right to see the remaining data:

* Summary is the overview of the property that is first displayed when you tapped the property item as described above

* Contents is a list of your belongings that are located in the property
   - Tap a sort option to change the sequence of the list
   - Tap a row of an item that you want to see more detail
   - Tap the "Export" icon to print or email this list

* Maintenance is a list of maintenance that has been performed on this property
   - Tap a sort option to change the sequence of the list
   - Tap a row of an item that you want to see more detail
   - Tap the "Export" icon to print or email this list

* Insurance is a list of insurance data that pertain to this property
   - Tap a sort optin to change the sequence of the list
   - Tap a row of an item that you want to see more detail
   - Tap the "Export" icon to print or email this list

* Warranty is a list of warranty data that pertain to this property
   - Tap a sort optin to change the sequence of the list
   - Tap a row of an item that you want to see more detail
   - Tap the "Export" icon to print or email this list

While viewing the details of any item, you can tap the "Export" icon to print or email the report.
